Ode To Salvation

Donald E Pearce Sr 1951 (Winchester MA)

Ode

I was thinking about the Lord, today,
I was saved by His Grace, that I can say.
On Sunday it’s off, to church I will go,
For He has spoken through our Pastor, that much I know.
Some ask me how I know that part,
And I tell them truly, I feel it in my heart!
God’s word is a marvel, of Love and His Grace,
‘Cause it’s truly a road map, leading right to His Place!
His precious Son had to die, on Calvary's Cross,
So that His children like us, would not be lost!
Thank you Lord, for your Grace and your Love,
Thank you Jesus, for being our path up above!
My brothers and sisters, you know what I mean,
For without His Blood, we would never be clean!
God Bless you all!
Thank You, Lord!
AMEN!!!
