My Soul Speaks

In the wee hours of the night
Vivid thoughts consume her mind
She stops, listening to the Silence
Serenity awakened her senses
Stepping outside down to the shore
Her ivory gown flowed in the wind
The ocean breeze whispers her name
Shutting her eyes she feels mystical
A Symphony of music fills the air
as she dances
Emotions evoke tears in her eyes
A poignant needed release
The moonlight reflects her silhouette
on the water
In the still hours of the night
When silence rouses her thoughts
She permits herself to recollect
As the moonbeams and the stars
dance in harmony......
