Heartbreaking

I hope there is a Heaven,
With someone waiting there.
Where fear doesn't live,
And there's only love to share.

I hope there's someone's arms,
To wrap around you all.
That wash away the knowledge,
Of the day that you did fall.

I hope there is a warmth,
That fills your souls with peace.
I pray there's swings and roundabouts,
Where fun doesn't ever cease.

I pray that all your parents,
In fact right now I just don't know.
I know they will not heal,
Because they loved you so.

I pray one day for justice,
For a future not yet seen.
That laws will now be changed,
Because of a past that's been.

If Heaven has a staircase,
I'd climb up every stair.
And carry you all back down,
To see your parents waiting there.

Glad that you delight in your Monarchy. Charles is into it ably and sensitively. Watched all of the Coronation. Pomp and music done so well by you Brits

Convincingly from the heart and worth two or three reads again. So that it might sink in. The outrage. But also the hope of endless, painless Glory. It transcends every doubt or fear or failure..Doug Blair…write some more willya?

Fine work. It is hope that never disappoints and only faith that can transport one to there. Have faith and able hands will envelop you on the appointed day.
