Concern Expressed

If one's own family,
Is never heard to hear...
The word of love said to say.
Or from them to express,
Concern or interest...
In what a family member does to do.
How they feel.
Or...
The way they may see life,
In conversations shared...
To exchange their different points of view.
This attitude taken is messed up.

And the results shown to be observed?
Is in need not to be,
A debatable discussion by analysts.
Paid exorbitant fees.
To get to the core,
As to why today's families..
Are torn apart by competitive self importance.
A lack of attention to their own children given.
Wanting this wished.
Or the rise of petty delinquent crimes.
Many these days easily find to define,
On unqualified teachers.
Public schools and unsympathetic police.
Called to ease tensions,
Between fighting parents on urban streets.
To claim...
A doing of their best to provide,
Babysitting services.
Discipline and love to give.
To children growing up to look like adults.
But still little kids.
Not to experience what love is.
Or...
Describe in their minds the meaning of it.
Having no one to be concerned,
To show or express the feeling of it given!

'Break this foolish nonsense up.
Now...
Who are the children?
And who are the adults?'
