FERAL TERRORS

Feral terrors hunt the streets
After twilight time descends,
Hoping soon to make a kill
Feasting before night-time ends.

Roaming through darkened streets
Cavorting down pitch-black alleyways,
Long-forgotten evil rules the night
Stalking 'neath the blood-moons rays.

Slinking through darkening shadows
Monstrous horrors are out stalking,
Down the roads and down the byways
Hunting travellers late-night walking.

Evil fills the loathsome night
As innocents stroll casually by,
Unaware of death they're passing
Is this the night they all will die?

Feral terrors hunt the streets
Of this awful doom-cursed land,
Afraid of nothing, obeying no-one
Except the Devil's dark commands.

Nefarious beings of the night
Preying upon this fallen town,
Chasing after anything that moves
Almost always running it down.

Colossuses stepping over buildings
Or smashing them into the ground,
Grinding human beings underfoot
Fear and trembling does abound.

In the horrid lovelorn night
Abominations fill the air,
Swooping down upon travellers
Until no life is left anywhere.
