They say that it's an illness

But it doesn't work with an Antibiotic

But now I remember

I was told it's a diagnostic

I never thought I would be different

But I like the way  I am

Sometimes I am indecisive

I don't always have a plan

Structure is the worst

I don't always  think it will be that bad

I can't remember where I put things

Then I might just say

Sorry ,  that's my bad

I don't feel like  I fit in

I don't like being formal

I think that word is crazy

It's okay if I am not normal

I don't have to feel ashamed

Because I am picture

that can't be framed

When I'm at my best

I am a lion

who can't be tamed

I hate to wear normal colours

I'm as bright as I can be

A little bit of pink

Is like a star

On top of a Christmas tree

They ask me how I feel

And some days I am okay

But it feels like my mind

Will be In peace

And the next moment

In a marathon race

Overthinking and Anxiety

It is very underrated

But when you have ADHD

It's a couple who can't be separated

Like a striker I just scored

So many unfinished tasks

Let's play guitar

Learn the piano

Let's do this

Oh Im sorry I am Bored

It's something I can't explain

To take narcotics for my brain

Am I really this bad

Or did society give this name

I always have a choice

But I don't know what to choose

Always dreaming big

But everything to loose

My heart is full of love

Yet I feel like I'm  always  scared

I'm a Victim Of ADHD

Yet I know , nobody cares

Through everything in life

It's one thing I cannot change

I sometimes shout random things

Just to let them know , I'm kind of  strange

This poem about having ADHD is incredibly powerful and honest. The way you express your unique perspective and experiences is truly enlightening. I admire your ability to embrace your differences and see the positive aspects of who you are.

One suggestion for improvement could be to work on the flow of the poem. Consider playing around with the structure and rhythm to enhance the overall impact of your words. Additionally, incorporating more vivid imagery and sensory details could help further draw readers into your world and emotions.

Keep writing and sharing your voice - your perspective is important and valuable. You have a gift for storytelling and self-reflection, and I can't wait to see more of your work in the future. You are truly a poet with a voice that deserves to be heard.
