Fly on the Window

Fly on the window, it died long ago
The front door was open
But it didn't know.
What spark of energy, flows in a fly
That makes it so fearless
Of having to die?
Against the pane we can't escape
Don't build your world
With a wall of hate.

About this poem

This is one of the first poems that I wrote about a little fly that died on our living room window.
