Spiritual Change

I prayed & God delivered me, into humility,
He had to, because I wouldn't go willingly,
Fleeing he walked me through this spiritual journey,
He refused to see me dead on a metal gurney,
Since then  he's been, my Bff, Father, Judge & attorney,
Keeping me on my toes thinking & learning,
Around and around my life began turning,
He gave me desire that started a fire burning,
Uncertain unfamilar passion was soaring & yearning,
Now I began to understand all of the growing pains,

To high on life's pedestal so Christ tightened up the reigns
Running like Forrest Gump till he broke every chain,
Now he's in me I know, I feel him moving like blood in my veins,
All the social medià TV poisons ingested, digested, injected he removed and reconstructed my brain,
Ask me how I know, cause JhainDoh no longer feels the same,
Once boastful and selfish in my thoughts, I began to change,
I screamed yelled and shout, his name Jesus I boldly belted out,
Yes I declared I claimed his holy name & he anxiously came,
Sad to leave, although how could I know, it would be my last stop on this train.
