When The Fire Goes Out

When the fire goes out, you don't light my fuse. I lost everything in me to be your muse. When the fire goes out, and I'm no longer heated you made me feel this way very defeated. You made me hurt, you made me cry, I have questions I need to be answered and one of them is why? The fire I had burns no longer, I'm like a printer that ran out of toner. My love was unlimited when it came to you, but now I'm numb for everything you put me through. When the fire goes out, no one will ever know, I'll just send you packing and open the door.  The mood is dark, the mind is gone, facing this big world all alone. Pressure is high, the children are stressed, we no longer want to be in this unstable mess. When the fire goes out, there is no restarting the flame, when it's all said and done remember whose the blame.
