Love Transforms

Love lifts one up past wanton lies.

Drop that disguise! Open your eyes!

Imagine yourself a creature that flies.

A woman never knows until she tries.

Burst forth in a butterfly surprise!

Love lifts one up past wanton lies.

A new plan of action one must devise.

Develop a style to simply tantalize.

Around the next bend find a prize,

A costume which evokes awesome sighs.

Love lifts one up past wanton lies.

All the wise know love never dies.

An innocent angel catches our eyes.

We revel at a breathtaking sunrise.

Arrival at bountiful, amazing, paradise,

Love lifts one up past wanton lies!

I think I shall never see a poem
    As lovely as a tree.
For poems are made by mortals like me
The Pando tree lives for 80.000 years, such wisdom !
