The idea have companies across the world to compete for the contract. A mobile trailer to fly and hover. And a backup perpeller. Water generators and oxogen producing machines. And machines to transform waste instantly to be stored or deposited. Array fans to gather energy. And batteries and generators large enough to power a small town, or technology smart enough to have batteries and engines to do the same.
