Clossa Than

Cloud after cloud the raging storm
Where to find shelter to be safe from harm. Thunderbang lighting clapping
I went to the window to see what was happening.
The shore  and tide destroyest me.
Waves pound the shore my basement part of the sea. Sandbags stacked we built a wall, overcome by the waters, measured ten feet tall
Bang! Lighting strikes, power out, night over whelmes. Darkest covers me alone by myself. Stand steadfast slippery neath my heat, cold atmosphere I have no heat. Hour after hour I stand alone. Nothing to help me , lord I am all alone. Suddenly what do I see. A that shinest moving towards me. Ye there's a lantern, he restore at trust, comfort me restore at me love I need so much. Hour after hour a radio begans to play. Talks of destruction  , but help is on the he way. Destruction everywhere around, tention before me onward to the light of day. Sun come chase the clouds away.

About this poem

Days before the storm a fella came to warn me. Told me to stay safe. You gotta pretty wife. Just think about it.
