The people who judge

Who are you to tell me who I am or where I’ll be?
I was always underestimated and never understood my mind worked different than others
So, I wasn’t good enough to be a mother?
What makes it okay to judge each other?
I’m thinking much bigger like I want to help my sister and be the woman that cook for the hungry, I need you to hear this straight from me.
I’m not the victim here I’m the warrior
This has been my story not yours, you’re not my friend your just blood
Who made you the judge, I have faith and always will I know myself and I push myself to heal.
No one needs to tell me when I’m doing wrong because I was raised by someone very strong.
I did make mistakes and trust me you can have your cake and eat it too but don’t be fooled that will always follow you.
Being greedy, jealous, and sick in the mind is what I’ve seen out there and I had to put it behind.
There’s not a better feeling than doing it own your own. Knowing you got you, making your future your own.
My brain got me here, and I don’t regret it all, what I put behind made this brilliant mind.

About this poem

This is just something I had on my mind, when I was struggling to have stability in my life it was hard and I was a force of nature nothing could stop me. But i had people doubt me to the point it just hurt.
