MANIC

In the deep dark mind
Lies a billion secrets to find
Spinning like the galaxies
Far out of reach from reality
Twisted and confused
So lost; so used; abused
Thoughts sent racing
Reaching in the darkness chasing
Stability; Sanity
But all you find is profanity
A filter? Where?!
Is it in the distance? Please, share

About this poem

Statistics say you can't explain what it's like when you're spinning at a manic level. To prove statistics wrong, about 6 years ago, I thought to myself one night while spinning, if I can have so much going so fast at once in my head and I'm always fidgeting and on the go, then why not try to type everything in my mind as it was yelling at me. My way of reaching millions one day to fully gather an understanding and a deeper look at what exactly is happening when we are at a dangerous level in mental health issues. Myself can't even understand what's going on. So I too could understand fully of what my mind is telling me, I decided to attempt to write it down. I actually managed to get every word. And this is what come out:
