For someone you love

Either Wilton perfect or
Wilton's Ultra
Muffin pans

2 pork hearts
4 pounds of pork liver
2 pounds of meaty pork ribs
1 halfed onion
4 tablespoons minced garlic
4 carrots sliced
4 stalks of diced celery
4 tablespoons of salt
2 tables spoon spoons of cayenne pepper
3 guards of water

Boil for 3 hours add water if needed. Or cook until ribs are falling off the bone.

Grind the meat course.
Add 1 cup of flour to
Ground meat. Mix well.

Pour liguids in to the pot, and strain the stock.

In a pan add 1 cup of olive oil.
Sauteed 1 cup of red bell peppers.
1/2 carrots shredded.
3 tablespoons dehydrated
1/2 of dehydrated onion
 When veggies are cooked add 4 cups of cornmeal toast, be careful not to burn.
Bring 2 quarts of pork stock to a broil.
Stir in cornmeal. And veggies, mix well and add meat. Stir remove from the heat and allow the pot to thicken.

Pour into oiled muffin pan.
Brown in oven or use loaf pans and slice on the stove.

Serve with scrambled eggs and toast!
