1 partially baked pie (bottom layer)
In cast iron skillet

On the top of the crust one cup of mashed potatoes.
2 cup of mashed potatoes
2 egg yolks
1/4 cup of lime juices
1/2  cup of sourcream
1 teaspoon of nutmeg
Mix and spoon smooth over crust.

2 cups of browned lamb
2 cups of browned beef
1 teaspoon of cumin
1 teaspoon of paprika
3 tablespoons of red pepper flakes
 4 tablespoons of minced garlic
2/3 cups of sauteed onions
1/2 cup of olive oil & flour roux
4 cups of beef stock
2 tablespoons of kitchen bouquet
5 tablespoons of red wine

Make a gravey, pour beef and lamb over the potatoes, top with the spices gravey. Add 1/2 cup each of cooked carrots, chopped apasagus. Before topping. With gravy. Bake until gravy is thick and savory.
