5 cups of allready prepared sourdough
3 cups of cooked sweet potatoes mashed
3/4 cups of  pecans
3/4 cups of cream cheese
3 tablespoons of shortening
3 eggs
1 tablespoon of cinnamon
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of brandy
3 tablespoons of finely chopped dried cherries

Soak cherries in  sugar ,vanilla, brandy, lemon
Add to sweet potatoes, egg mixture.
Soften cream cheese and shorteng, add nuts and sweet potatoes, taste for salt..
Roll even the dough
Four inch strips smear filling and roll into long rolls and make wagon wheels. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Let rise. Bake at 350
For 45 minutes.
