Analysis of Your Boo Loves You
Charlene Delfin 1990 (Mandaluyong City)
Shadows and shaded streetlights.
A night that chills too deeply.
They will start the crazy fights,
And all will follow blindly.
What red, unpleasant sights
Will be taking place freely.
What loud shouts and angry yells,
What crashing and fallen shards
When the blue-and-red light swells.
Road marked by orange hazards.
Air filled with troubled smells
Like those inside the death ward.
But these things will not happen
If you keep your heart open.
Somewhere else, someone loves you.
Maybe you once had a clue.
But they remained through and through.
Like the gentle, rising sun,
Casting light on everything,
Warming, guiding your plan.
Even when the storm's falling
They remain, they're never done
As the days go each evening
Here's to the best and the one.
