Analysis of You Know Me So Very Well

With you I have no camouflage
With you I have no guise
You know me so very well you cut me down to size

With you I have no dominance
With you I have no rule
You know me so very well you keep me acting cool

With you I have no treachery
With you I have no line
You know me so very well you let me merely shine

With you I have no subterfuge
With you I have no wile
You know me so very well you strip me of all guile

With you I have no arrogance
With you I have no pride
You know me so very well you lay me modest wide

With you I have no substitute
With you I have no choice
You know me so very well you give me direct voice

With you I have no counterfeit
With you I have no sham
You know me so very well you make me what I am
