Analysis of What goes around
Love had no meaning
before you came along,
to women I was demeaning
music without a song.
Oh what a sweet melody
the song they would hear,
I would capture with such a rhapsody
to them I was a dear.
I would reach out and touch their hearts
with my songs of deceit,
I would swear to them we'd never part
that they made my life complete.
but then you came along
being oh so sweet,
my heart began to sing its song
melodic, clean and neat.
Yes, i let myself surrender
to a love I finally felt,
you appeared to me so very tender
I cherished the hand I was dealt.
But just when things seemed so bliss
and nothing could go wrong,
I begin to feel something amiss
and my heart sang its own swan song.
Now I understand the pain
I've caused to many a heart,
it can truly drive a mind insane
when the one you love chose to part.
PLEASE FORGIVE ME........
