Analysis of Tribute To "Snide"
Len Lewis 1943 (Port of Spain, Trinidad)
For all the cut
That goes with your meaning
I can't help but
Reflect on your dutiful leaning
You seldom come phrased
With an alternate noun
I'd surely be fazed
If a stand-in is found
They say language evolves
You may yet find another
But I trust your resolve
I don't think you'd bother
Like Goliath with David
You remind me of "stark"
Who has her own "naked"
As you have your "remark".
