Analysis of Tears for america
We all wept, in the empty stillness
Spent in the imperishable silence of the winds
Cast in thousand shadow of doom
The wasted grief of untimely dusk
The hideous combustion down
The sobs steaming from rubbles
The hues and shouts of bewildered inhabitants.
We all wept, the weary hours of tears
The slaughtered innocents wailing
With sighs of fallen stars glown and gone
Dumb and deaf to sway and slay
Their blood and ashes sown to strew of weeping verse
Lying in my own heart like a weight.
The monstrous anger of this day
Mad and turbulent from the sky
Limping the world to shuddering feet of fears
Who would brave to sing with queer affection?
Condolences and ululations for great America
Who will sings and mourn? With pains
The aliensongs of grief and tears.
