Analysis of Sinking
And it stains your skin,
Kills a skipping step,
An anchored heart splinters,
Blinded acetone burn.
Message through the dusk,
Afterthought but overmedicated,
Please start caring,
Insides of ash write symphonies.
Hush to a caress,
Green hands beckon the daylight,
Stomach turns to lead,
A rusty, unridden bike.
Resentment geared at core,
Sediments of better days restrain,
Perfect wooden floors mean nothing,
You're wasted on me.
