Analysis of Sail Away III
Sailing away on the open sea,
leaving the one she loves behind,
she knows not what she will find.
Looking back upon the shore,
she hopes that he will understand
knowing that in her heart, he will
find it difficult to comprehend.
Leaving the past behind,
she leaves him a yellow rose
adrift out on the open sea
to ease his troubled mind.
Cast upon a sea of pain,
she knows that things
will never be the same.
So she sails away, hoping one day
thst she could forget his name.
Sail your ship across the water,
spread your sails across the sky,
take the time to look behind and see...
so sailing ships wont pass you by!
