adrenaline wakes the heart
Dread fills the brain.

Dryness plagues the mouth
salt water burns the eyes
Fear fills the brain.

Sorrow quiets the voice
anxiety moves the feet
Doubt fills the brain.

Worry rouses the bile
tension grips the limbs
Surrender leads the brain.
