Analysis of Pillow Creases

The early morning sun shines through the car window
illuminating your sleepy eyes and the pillow creases on your face.
Deep crevices that look like scars
make you appear as though you have an important story to tell.

A life of misery and woe.
Neglect and abuse.
You are no longer just the contented, thirty year old man I know
who rolled out of bed to take his wife to work.
