Analysis of Memories Carry Weight

Time passes perceptibly slow,
over moments you wish to forget.
While dreams you have to let go,
navigate rivers of regret.

Betrayal has altered your fate,
letting anxieties increase.
For memories carry weight,
that's often hard to release.

When love's no where to be found,
its absence morphs into pain.
And smiles no longer abound,
as you almost go insane.

Accepting change is hard,
yet just one step leads the way.
And if fear's kept under guard,
your courage can't slip away.

Enjoy life with all your heart,
and let love transform your soul.
For now is the time to start,
before the tears take their toll.
