Analysis of Imagine This

A love once told me to
Imagine this
A love on the colors of sound to
Take a chance
Let someone else lead the dance as
Gentle winds blow loves true kiss and
I sway my hips and dance in a lover's tight grip
The emotions of endless possibilities and
A love that wanted to love me guilt free
Satisfying the essence of my every need
Losing my 'Soul', begging love not to leave
One more imagining in my wake time
Finds me alone but, the memory is all mine as
I pray and keep the faith to
Fulfill this love someday
Hoping it is not too late to
Rest in that joyous place with
A love that once told me to
Imagine this!

Poetry is what makes me whole and keeps me sane all at the same time. You are born a poet, a storyteller, it is a part of what you are, a great gift from God. You can be taught to put words on paper, only those with a poet's Soul can make you feel those words deeply! I hope all of you feel me. :-) more…
