Analysis of I Don't Want To Cry Alone

I don't want to dance alone: the steps demand a mate.
I don't want to prance alone:
the moves cannot relate.
I don't want to pray alone: the power needs a twin.
I don't want to play alone:
the game provides no win.
I don't want to dine alone: the food has no appeal.
I don't want to wine alone:
the sense is lost to feel.
I don't want to sing alone: the melody is stray.
I don't want to swing alone:
the motion has no sway.
I don't want to walk alone: the distance is a balk.
I don't want to talk alone:
the echo makes a squawk.
I don't want to cry alone: the tears well-up and dry.
I don't want to die alone:
the end gives no reply.
