Analysis of Goodbyes

Some goodbyes are painless
Where there is no remorse
Some goodbyes are difficult
An end without recourse
Some goodbyes are short lived
Where soon there is hello
Some goodbyes are lasting
All clinging must forego
Some goodbyes are chosen
Where purpose is complete
Some goodbyes just happen
The downfall by accrete
Some goodbyes are needed
Where kindness has been shorn
Some goodbyes are deathblows
Sweet memories to mourn
Some goodbyes are saddest
Where lies a broken heart
One person's "forever"
Still "together apart"
