Analysis of Fully Automatic

Had lips healing power
I would wear my thin
Your love like religion did enthrall
New ways I found to sin
There are few friends to man
Persistence being one
But I have died upon a kiss
It was a loaded gun
Every second expectation quickens
And the mind rebukes such thinking
Jealousy overrules judgment and numbness
Calls for drinking
Welcome violent mind
Welcome disappointment
Born from a lie the progeny of liars
Where then is atonement?
The resurrection within me
The marvel is undone
For I have died upon a kiss
It was a loaded gun
Rat-a-tat-tat the silence shattered
Was like a bellowing thunder
Devils wear halos often times
While displaying heavens wonders
Wrought with a kiss
Destroyed by your hands
And laid rest in a self-dug grave
The world is at the bottom of a bottle
To whom I am the slave
There are few friends to man
A dog being one
Yes, I have died upon a kiss
It was a loaded gun.
