Analysis of Forever I Will Thank You

I was broken
Standing there in the rain, all alone
I had no one to turn to
No one I could trust.
That's when You found me
My dark night is over
Weeping can't endure
When Your joy comes in

Lord, I cried out to You when I was broken
You heard my every Prayer, came and pulled me from despair
You have healed my broken heart, made my life brand new
And for that Lord, forever I will thank You

Now my outlook is bright, clear and open
Because you pulled me from the grave
You have kept me alive
And I will never have to fear
My life's turned all around

Now in Your presence
I lift my voice and sing
I look around and think
You have changed everything
You conquered death, hell and the grave

Lord, I cried out to You when I was broken
You heard my every Prayer, came and pulled me from despair
You have healed my broken heart, made my life brand new
And for that Lord, forever I will thank You

I lift my hands to praise You
All that I can do is lift up Your name
Oh, Lord my God, You've given me my life again
Given me wings to fly

It's my time to fly.
