Analysis of fat man

I wrote it on the suffering of a friend who is a thyroid patient and he is becoming obese day by day and what happened when we attended a party together. it is not just the story of him but many others as well.

Why everyone in the party suddenly started laughing.
What was so funny that they had seen?
He has been the soft target in his entire life span.
With hesitation entered the fat man.

He was eating just like any other person.
So why his eating style was a matter of fun?
Why everyone was talking about the diet of that man?
It is a disease not his habits which made him a fat man.

Everybody was staring at his bulgy body parts.
They ignored that body size is not the measure of his heart.
They all were talking about his measurements like a stat man.
His sin is that he is a fat man.

people call him hippo, people call him elephant.
Some shamelessly ask him, are you pregnant?
He just hopes that some miracle turns him into a fit flat man.
His identity is in jeopardy just because he is a fat man.
