Analysis of Faith

Faith is belief in Spring
in the dead of Winter.
Faith is a diamond ring
vowing love won't splinter.
Faith is trust in a pledge
as promise to perform.
Faith is a cutting-edge
of generalized reform.
Faith is tough conviction
that truth will come to pass.
Faith is science fiction
building critical mass.
Faith is hope for the best
in the poorest of times.
Faith is a safe flak-vest
protecting during crimes.
Faith is bold confidence
without a shred of proof.
Faith defies common sense
although it is no spoof.
