Analysis of Butterfly Kiss
Completely mesmerized
I relinquished all control,
the moment eyes as blue
as sapphires pierced my soul.
A soft butterfly kiss
set my heart beating strong,
snuggled safe in your arms
where I feel I belong.
Lured by your impish smile
love led me to your heart,
where I found an angel
who made my heartaches part.
Embers conjure flames
when I'm in your embrace,
evoking emotions
that time cannot erase.
True love is eternal
like the stars in the night,
and it supplies the fuel
that lets two souls take flight.
