Analysis of Broken Token

When a friend is chosen
Then the truth has spoken
As a ring it lies as a token
A friendship that may not be broken

Through storm the bind is shaken
Through lies the truth is awaken
Friendship is what we forsaken
Once again the glass is broken

Magical utopia that once permanent
Scattered helplessly as far as the continent
However through time and agreement
Miracles from heaven might happen

Thorns & pricks are common
The hurts and pain that need to be amend
Due to betrayal of trust you came upon
Darken the friendship that once shone
