Analysis of Arrow
Arrow mine, what pointed tongue
Can speak, except one sharp ecstatic
Word, to those whose hearts it pricks?
Stiff spine nocked tight, at swift release
Fly fast, seek quick. Though fell, don’t kill
A soul. Instead, whet what desire
Deeply needs, keep keen the mind’s
Delight in any love. Sharpen
Heart’s cupidity. Just one
Thing more. Before you finally fall
To lie too still, face slack, spine hunched,
Flame quenched, I’d like to see you blazing,
Soaring as a shooting star.
Well, as you will, my avatar.
