Analysis of 2018/10/05 ~ Sinking

Cheyenne Seaman 2003 (Philadelphia)

I feel like I'm just sinking
Deep into a hole I never saw.
A piercing cry for help;
Nobody hears me yelling, no one at all.
I feel like I'm just sinking.

Deep into this chaotic world,
Do the aftermath, do a double-take.
I don't really care.
Before I go insane in the membrane,
Somebody just help me outta here!

Every time I go to rise,
I just sink even farther down.
Deeper, deeper, deeper than I ever though possible.
Can anybody hear me, is anybody around?
Oh, I'm just sinking down.

On a ship, water's swiftly leaking through.
The waves are violently crashing
Taking it under with her power.
I'm on that ship, slowly drowning
Under the weight of Depression's steely grip.
