Analysis of Inviting Backbiting
Lawrence S. Pertillar 1947 (Connecticut)
Inviting becomes,
The escalating of backbiting.
Until the taste of it,
Done to do unto others.
Has those of cannibalistic desires,
Choosing themselves...
More delicious to feed upon and eat.
As a feast to prove,
A choice made to discriminate...
Has been a waste.
Since the blood to drink and meat to taste,
Is more favorable.
If kept between themselves to feast.
Publicly.
From head to toe.
Inside and out.
Doing this done.
To observe and witness this by everyone!
'There was a time,
They did their best...
To reach the pinnacle of leadership.
With a doing to treat,
Who and whomever as animals.
How times have changed,
Their wants, wishes and needs.
Gone to no longer be kept secretly.
And now...
As unbelievable these days have become.
To reveal the reality of their preferences!'
'With a preferring their liver,
Thighs, legs and butts.
Chopped up with peppers, onions.
And soy sauce.
To add to the flavor of the taste they crave.
Who knew all this time,
We had been used to practice on.
As bait until they found themselves,
Much more delicious.'
'Yeah.
Leaving us to hate ourselves.
Left behind wanting to wish to be treated,
Equally!'
'Tell me about it.
And we for centuries,
Had been fighting against discrimination!'
'What fools we mortals,
Had been made to be!
Even the singing of 'We Shall Overcome'.
Has been a meaningless wish.
For what to expect now to us done.
The stealing of our homemade,
Barbecue sauce?'
'No way.
That recipe,
Has been in most of our families.
For countless generations!
Secretly kept.
So far to stay that way.'
'DON'T BE LAUGHING.
Who knows what these cannibals,
Are up to next.
Don't be so quick to share,
What has kept us existing!'
