Analysis of In the cities roar
In the city’s roar, loud and clear, A taxi driver works, shifting gear. His cab spins tales, from near and far, In his yellow taxi, people are who they are.
Through traffic he drives, from dawn to night, The city’s paths, he knows just right. A quiet friend, to whom people send, Their stories, their secrets, on him they depend.
Even with the grind, he finds some ease, In the city’s rhythm, his worries cease. A tribute to the driver, brave and true, In the city’s heart, he finds his cue.
