Analysis of Heroine

Maybe her future won't be glamorous,
But that's okay.
She'll find joy in the mundane,
In the moments
That make up a life.
And who knows?
Maybe
She'll find
That the future
She never planned for
Is more beautiful
Than anything
She could have ever imagined.
They look at her
And see another lady.
I see a heroine.

I'm an unpublished fork lift operator by night, and a day drinker by choice. I can be followed on Twitter @JoeStricklandSC more…
