Analysis of THE ANGEL'S LULLABY
The girl weeping down her sorrows
All cut and torn by the strings she was tied up in,
Knelt down to god
To pray for one last time.
The heaven on hearing her cries
Sends an angel down by her side.
The angel seeing on her regretful eyes
Began singing her a lullaby,
Wiping away her tears
Effacing off her fears
She sang,
"It's okay to cry,
My little broken butterfly.
Just give life one more try
And soon its all gonna be alright."
On hearing these words
The girl raised her head to the angel's voice,
She looked into her benevolent eyes
And smiled as she cried. Then the angel continued her lullaby
She sang,
"I know you can make it through the night,
Soon its all gonna be alright.
Just give life one last try
My little beautiful butterfly."
The girl then stands up all worn out.
Sips a few glasses of water,
Rests her head on the bed
And drowns into the empty night.
Now, the angel by her side,
Sings her a final lullaby.
Effacing away her fears
Wiping off her tears
She sang,
"My beautiful broken butterfly,
Its time for me to say goodbye.
I hope tomorrow you'd still be alive
And then realize its all gonna be alright."
