Analysis of CAT AND MOUSE
mad hippie poet 1974 (new jersey)
They chase you, but when they find you, they are like cowards and hide, trying to alter the light they see coming shining through what it is within. The game starts again, for the wick they seek has no beginning or end.
The stage is set. Some might remember, while others may care to forget, each level is getting more complex, and some are starting to sweat. There is no good versus evil, and keeping score is nothing but a God damn bore and our devil's hunger as lusting for more.
Tease as you will, you will not see me standing still. I do not want just a piece, I like the whole fucking block of that cheese, yet I refuse to get caught up in a rat race to find what I manifest as being mine.
I am getting sick of playing this game of cat and mouse. This is not Tom and Jerry, for they are a hell of a lot more amusing and less confusing.
Conquer all these levels set up to defeat the dreams that they call my reality. Tell them I know this is all an inside job, and no longer am I going to play this game of cat and mouse because I was born to be the damn lion, and I broke the ties that held me down, becoming my own King and thorns that I wear are my holy crown.
