ANGELS
mad hippie poet 1974 (new jersey)
I know the four of you are looking over me
opening my mind and heart so I no longer blindly see
I was so full of anger and hate now after letting shit go
I am seeing signs of everything that I should have known
I needed to heal I needed to grow
I do not believe in religion but father forgive me for I have sinned and that sin was never accepting myself for who I was born to be and that was King of my own kingdom as my mama grows older wiped away her tears and in her golden years listen to her wisdom because her words have power
I have seen the light after being trapped inside of the darkness this battle was the fight that I needed to win the most because of the father, the spirit, and the holy ghost
My Angels are the ones who guide and protect
by sending me messages in my slumber they are not dreams because if they were I would not remember
