Analysis of Sometimes
Nathaniel Hackey 1983 (Madrid)
Sometimes I remember
Others I want to forget
But it's that struggle
That helps it live on
It happens more than I'd like to admit
Sometimes I daydream
Though I seem lost
I'm happy where I am
For it's what happened
That made me into this man
Sometimes they all walk away
Never look back
Or just visit to revisit
But I know what I am
No matter how close
Or distant
Sometimes I'm the better man
Sometimes is better than never
