Analysis of I BREATHE
mad hippie poet 1974 (new jersey)
I breathe, yet I do not know what I live. I am getting those messages again in the early hours of the morning from family, lovers, friends, and even strangers. I have dreams of other people's memories that are not mine. I try to say in a silent voice you are not alone. We are all connected.
I have a heart that always seems to bleed whenever I sit back and look ahead to breathe. The question is not what I am dying for, yet what I am living for, being nothing is mine. Everything is different as it is the same, even the raindrops.
