Analysis of Find your sanctuary
As an artist paints his picture
a dancer performs their dance
while the actor plays the role
and I have discovered the power of a word
The sky grows dark
as the seasons change
but here I feel comfort and warmth
Buildings will collapse
old issues come back to relapse
babies are born
stars are created above
Some people will be hated
others may be admired
Within my possession is the authority of a word
the power to be heard
this occurs in the sanctuary
here what is blocked
now becomes unlocked
What was hidden
surfaces to illumination
Life will always present questions
and perhaps no sufficient answers
but that's okay
The sculptor chisels
the chef prepares
the teacher instructs
I write words
we are in our sanctuary
This is the special place
to utilize our creative place
Look within yourself
with an open mind and heart
and reach out
find your sanctuary that awaits
Everyone has one
SO MAY YOU FIND YOURS
