Analysis of Good Day
Lawrence S. Pertillar 1947 (Connecticut)
What a good day.
To awaken and feel IS that way.
With a taking the opportunity to say,
Hello to the Sun.
And anyone blessed to hear and know,
Time again has been to them given...
To mend the old and start new relationships.
Done to begin,
The leaving behind...
Excuses made,
From those long to have gone yesterdays.
To have this good day,
The beginning...
Of yet brighter and better days to come.
Enjoy!
With everyone to meet and greet,
Smiling!
Why not?
Why not turn that frown upside down.
As a gift to your face.
Witness that missed twinkle in your eyes.
Don't cry to be that surprised.
It is YOUR face.
Share it to welcome with others!
Don't be afraid, amazed or shocked.
Did you forget?
And allowed that smile to stop!?
Have a good day!
You can.
It is real to feel.
Why not?
