Analysis of Do You Trust God?

Richard Groff 1957 (Pottstown, Pa.)

Do you trust God enough that you can rest?
Or do all of your fears put God to the test?

When you pray do you ask for many things?
Or does God’s peace make your heart sing?

When Jesus taught his disciples to pray,
He taught them to focus on God and today.

Do your prayers often move on to tomorrow?
If they do then I know you’re just causing God sorrow.

Turn and realize that it is all in His hands!
Then you won’t trouble Him trying to change His plans!
