Analysis of No Longer Rare

Lawrence S. Pertillar 1947 (Connecticut)

No longer is it rare,
To find many people living anywhere.
Declaring themselves to know,
Everything there is about life.

However,
Shown to be incapable to listen.
Unable to comprehend or understand,
How deductive reasoning is applied...
To a lie told to tell it.
Without it a need to question,
Anyone incapable to listen.
To realize,
People like that only know...
Whatever they make up to have others,
Convinced to believe is true.

Although,
Rare it is for those incapable to listen...
Admit to remembering,
When they had their mouths kept closed.
Done purposely to use their ears.
With it meant and intended,
To hear something learned...
Meaningful enough to value more,
Than a lie told to tell to later forget.
And it denied being said,
From fast moving to change the subject lips.
These folks are professional habitual liars.

No longer is it rare,
To find people like this living everywhere.
Expecting what they say to get respect.
Yet could care less about it given!
Before, after or ever admitting,
This issue is their problem.
And no one else who is made to assume,
It is their fault...
If a liar is told the truth becomes offended!

'I'm sorry.
I didn't hear you.
What did you say?'

'It was said you told someone the truth.
And they told others how rude you were.
Without apologizing for the way it was done.'

'And...
I should apologize?'

'At least.
Approach them with concern and empathy!'

'LOL.
Approach them with,
Concern and...LOLOLOL...
EMPATHY?
Stop it.
Apologize?
For telling the truth?
LOLOLOL...GOD?
PLEASE!
I'M GONNA PEE.
LOLOLOLOL...'
